Seeking a dedicated Self Contained Teacher West of Columbia, SC | Full time | 23/24 school year

Are you a passionate and dedicated self contained teacher seeking a new opportunity? ProCare Therapy is currently hiring in the Western Columbia, SC area for a dynamic self contained teaching position. As a self contained teacher, you will have the chance to work with students with special needs and make a meaningful impact on their educational journey.

We are looking for a candidate who is experienced in implementing individualized instruction, creating engaging lesson plans, and promoting a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Collaboration with other educators, parents, and support staff is essential in order to ensure the success and growth of each student.

This is a full-time position offering a guaranteed minimum of 35 hours per week, with competitive pay ranging from $35 to $38 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Valid teaching certification in Special Education
• Previous experience working with students with special needs
• Familiarity with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and ability to develop effective plans
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
